MARCH Town Cricket Club held their annual presentation evening at the club’s pavilion as 75 members and guests looked back at the 2009-2010 season.
Club president Mel Pooley and Cambs County Cricket Club manager Keith Coburn presented all the winners trophies with chairman Les Mills providing the review of the season.
Chris Ringham was Saturday 1st XI Player of the Year with Richard Green taking the award for the Sunday 1st XI.
A roast chicken dinner followed by strawberry gateau with wine was prepared by C & B catering.
Other winners: Jon Kaberry Saturday 2nd XI Player of the Year; Josh Jackman, Sunday 2nd XI Player of the Year; Matt Hubbard, Saturday 3rd XI Player of the Year; James Shepherd, Saturday 4th XI Player of the Year; David Haslegrave, Most Improved Player of the Year; Andrew Wright, Young Player of the Year; Graham Smart, Clubman of the Year; Emily King, Girls Player of the Year; Hana Howsam Girls Players’ Player of the Year and Chanel Ogden, Girls Most Improved Player of the Year.
