HUNGATE began brightly and were soon ahead with a fine goal from man- of-the-match Matty Ryan.

The home side hammered home their advantage and extended their lead to 3-0 thanks to Ryan's second, and a goal from Harry Wrate.

Hungate continued the good work in the second half and secured a good victory with strikes from Ben Calvert and Xavier Kitching.

Jake Baldry produced a display of excellent play on both wings.

LEAGUE champions Hungate finished the season in style with a good win against a hard-working Clenchwarton side.

Jade Ovendale struck a super hat-trick and strike partner Polly Baird scored a brace to round-off a great season. Emily Carlisle, Kelsie Blunden and Sophie Parker all played outstanding football supported by Tiffany Beckett, Amy Wakeham, Elysia Semper, Courtney Calvert and goalkeeper Candy Clark.

MARCH were crowned league champions for the third successive year following this fine win over Leverington and Bridgecroft. The team, who have lost just one game in three seasons, dedicated their league win to team mate Harry Fynn-Brand, who has been unwell all season. A brace from Jacob Birt and goals from Thomas Wilmot, Lewis Welcher and Ash Payne secured the victory for the terrific March team.

THE league's top two sides produced a fine display of football but it was league champions Purples who took the points.

Goalkeeper and man of the match Toby Nulty kept March in the game with some superb saves, but the game was won by a neat finish from Matty Thrower in the first half.March created several chances after the break but they were unable to find an equaliser.

TIGERS are only one game away from completing a season without dropping a single point.

In a close-fought first half, Tigers opened up a 2-0 lead through David Haslegrave and Yannick Parrish but Abbey pulled one back before the break.

Abbey fought back to equalise in the second half but Tigers took the points with goals from Sam Stockbridge and Scott Tinnion

THIS match proved to be a hard-fought derby, but neither side could find the breakthrough.

Deniz Dalsar came closest to opening the scoring for Leverets while Soccer School's Claire Burgess, Nicole Scott and Georgia Thorpe all threatened to find the back of the net.

Leverets' player of the match award went to Chelsea Sneath while the Soccer School's award was shared by the team.
