Wisbech rediscovered the winning feeling at the East Indoor 2015 Tournament at the weekend.
The side has yet to pick up a point in Premier A this season ... but they secured an impressive 5-0 win over Norwich Dragons and a 4-4 draw against Bishop Stortford.
Against Bishop Stortford, captain Charles Baxter, Will Denny, Dan Crossley and Tom Culshaw got the goals.
Even better was to come against Norwich - not only did Wisbech finish chances they created, they were solid defensively too.
Bill Garner made some brilliant saves keeping the men’s first clean sheet of the season - the only one of the tournament.
Sam Blunt and Denny shared the goals in a morale boosting 5-0 romp.
Wisbech player Sam Blunt said: “Charles Baxter manages to stay positive week after week in this difficult season, and the smile on his face after this weekend was a delight for all to see - hard work and commitment pays off.
“Hopefully we will win many more games in the second half of the 2015 season. We would like to thank Horsepower Clothing for sponsoring our playing vests.”
