Fourteen young refereeing hopefuls attended a course in Whittlesey.
They were put through their paces by refereeing expert Robert Windle, who ran the course for the Cambridgeshire FA.
It is hoped the attendees will get more experience of refereeing by becoming regular officials in the local leagues.
