Joe Perry has been knocked out of the World Championships.
The Chatteris cueman lost 13-5 to Masters champion and 2005 World Champion Shaun Murphy.
Perry never recovered from a disastrous first session, which left him trailing 7-1.
At 12-3 down, he rallied to win two frames, but Murphy claimed the 18th frame to secure his quarter-final spot.
