Chatteris Town fought back from two goals down to seal a determined 2-2 draw against higher-level opposition at the weekend.
The Lilies found themselves two goals down to Thurlow Nunn Division One side Haverhill Borough, but goals from Alex Ashley and Scott Callaghan sealed an impressive comeback at West Street.
Elsewhere, March Town were on the wrong end of a 5-1 scoreline - this time against lower-level opposition.
Skipper Max Matless netted the Hares’ only goal as the Hunts side ran out comfortable winners on Saturday.
Coincidentally, Chatteris and March will meet in a pre-season clash in Chatteris tomorrow night (7.45pm).
