Friday Bridge rugby star Ryan Hutler will not be forgetting his Bedford Blues debut in a hurry.
The 19-year-old scored a hat-trick on his first outing for the club in their clash with the British Army on March 28.
Hutler’s treble helped the Championship side to a 55-26 victory and he says that pulling on the blue shirt was a dream come true.
“It’s a great place to be. Since being selected for the first team I’ve been really excited and making my debut is a dream come true,” he said.
“I’ve been working towards this for some time and wearing the first team jersey was a proud moment and what better way to repay the belief and investment the club has placed in me.”
