March Bears will go into 2018 with their winning run intact after they swept St Ives 2nds aside last weekend.
The in-form Bears, who have now won all of their Eastern Counties Division Two West matches this term, turned in another dominant display to beat their rivals 47-28 at Elm Road on Saturday.
Lock and captain James Knight dotted down twice and Ben Pyle, Ryan Tate, Connor Porter, Lewis Harvey and Simon Hays also added tries as March amassed their seventh straight win to extend their lead at the top of the pile to 10 points.
They take on the side nearest to them in the table – Shelford 4ths – on January 6.
