FENLAND Running Club’s Jack Trow leads the pack during a stunning performance in the Ryston Runners 6.5k Cross-Country race on Sunday.
Trow (21.38) finished as the first male junior home while Rebecca Cousins (26.06) was third in the ladies senior contest at Shouldham Warren.
