WISBECH Rugby Club's first XV kicked-off their London North East Four season on Saturday but it proved to be a disappointing day for their home supporters.
Wisbech made a very good start in the opening quarter of their game against Beccles Bulls but they only had one penalty to show for their possession and territorial advantage.
The visitors got back in to the game and pushed Wisbech back before a loose ball near the try line was pounced on by Ling, who crashed over to score.
Beccles extended their lead before the break when Wade stepped-up to slot over a penalty and make the half-time score 8-3.
