Wisbech kickboxing star picked for England as BCKA become champions again
KICKBOXING talent Charlotte Cameron is set to represent England after she turned in another golden performance for the triumphant British and Chinese Kickboxing Association.
The BCKA, who train in Wisbech, March, Chatteris and Whittlesey, won their third Boston Series Championship of the last four years on Sunday.
Cameron, from Wisbech, led the way as she became intermediate champion in the Under-55kg category. She has now been selected to represent her country in the Irish Open, in March.
Courtney Brown, Jazmyn Evans, Harry Nunn and Freya Molloy were also in inspired form for the BCKA as they were named grand champions.
Coach Andy Whitwell, a 5th Dan Black Belt, said: “I’m so proud of all our fighters and supporters that attended these events.
