Wisbech racer James Williams secured a finishing place of twelfth in the Monoposto Tiedeman Trophy.
James finished in twelfth despite a last race retirement after the final two races of the six race championship on Saturday November 7.
James, in his Tatuus Formula Renault single seater, finished ninth out of 40 racers in the opening race at a wet Donington Park, and was hoping for better in the second race but had to retire from the race when the clutch failed at the start.
The first races took place at Castle Combe in August, with the third and fourth races taking place at Mallory Park in September.
James has seen improvements in both pace, race craft and reliability and hopes continue his run of form into the 2016 season.
