WISBECH Town’s junior cricket stars will begin their pre-season preparations next week at their first indoor training session.
The club’s youngsters will be looking to build on a triumphant summer last year, which saw the under-12s and the under-14s go unbeaten to claim their league titles.
Indoor training, which will be held at Wisbech Grammar School’s sports hall, starts on Monday (January 21) and will run for eight weeks, excluding February 11, until March 18.
Training costs £3 per week and parents of all youngsters will need to sign their children in and out at the start and finish of each session.
The under-10s will train from 6-7pm as well as the under-13s and under-14s. The under-11s and under-12s session will run from 7-8pm, alongside the under-15s and under-16s.
