A young football fanatic spent a day being coached by one of England’s midfielders after winning a football stickers competition.
Leah Bass, 10, who plays in goal for Estover Park Under-11 Girls, received coaching from Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere at St George’s Park last Thursday.
The Manchester City fan, whose idol is Joe Hart, was thrilled when she found out she was one of a lucky few people to win the top prize in a Match Attax sticker competition.
Her mother, Eilish Bass, said: “She was so nervous and excited she almost passed out. She’s football mad and loves Joe Hart.
“But she took along an England shirt to meet Jack Wilshere.”
