Next month 100 Years of Jazz in 99 minutes comes to Peterborough.
Described as ‘the musical equivalent of the Reduced Shakespeare Company’, the show, presented by The Jazz Repertory Company, will be held at The Cresset on Sunday, October 4.
Organisers say it encompasses ‘the history of jazz from its beginnings in Ragtime through to the present day’ and presents ‘an A to Z of jazz’s biggest names from Louis Armstrong to Joe Zawinul interspersed with fascinating stories from history.’
Tickets £21.50 (including booking fee) are available from www.cresset.ticketsolve.com
