BIG BROTHER stars Mario and Lisa will be special VIP guests at this weekend’s International Motorbike and Help for Heroes show held at the Skylark Stadium, March.

The reality TV couple, staying at the Oliver Cromwell Hotel courtesy of local businessman Robert Skoulding, will sign autographs and meet fans of the programme.

They join motorcycles and musical talent from around the globe at the two-day event. Rachel Silva, who has worked alongside Michael Jackson’s brother Jermaine, will open the show on Saturday morning.

Showground Chairman Paul Salter said: “We are extremely pleased that so many of today’s top stars are coming and giving their time, for free, to perform and help raise funds and awareness for our British heroes from Afghanistan and other conflicts.”

A special auction will be held on Saturday night at 8pm to raise further funds. Signed items from Ricky Hatton, Joe Calzaghe, the 1966 World Cup winning squad and Elvis Presley will be among the lots that are up for sale.

Mr Salter added: “This is a wonderful weekend show for all the family and there really is great music for all tastes.”

Other attractions include a giant funfair, food village and drinks bar. Bikers wishing to exhibit their motorcycles are welcome to turn up on the day but must arrive on site by 9am.

The show runs from 10am-5pm on both days and entry is on the gate.
