CHAS and Dave will kick off their extensive UK tour with a blend of their memorable songs and music-hall humour at Cambridge Corn Exchange on February 28.

The popular pairing are one of Britain’s longest running and best loved double acts with a career spanning 40 years – and their appeal in 2013 remains greater than ever.

The duo – Chas Hodges and Dave Peacock – burst onto the music scene in the 1970s, recording witty songs about life in London using their Cockney accents, giving their musical performances a distinctive edge.

With hits like Gertcha, Rabbit, The Sideboard Song and Margate, they created a sound that was uniquely British. It’s those songs that have ensured that the boys have continued to tour for over five decades to audiences across the world, enchanted by their East End charm and great song-writing.

Tickets for the show cost £24 plus a £2 booking fee. Contact the box office on 01223 357851.
