Leverington church is once again to welcome the Clarkson Singers in concert on September 18 at 7.30pm.
With a mixed programme of traditional English songs, popular wartime melodies and patriotic “proms type” numbers there is sure to be something everyone can enjoy or sing along to.
Mary Watt, chairman of the Friends of Leverington Church, said: “There are so many historic anniversaries this year we felt it appropriate to present this celebration in music and hope that our audience will join in, wave their flags and have a splendid evening.”
Tickets are £5 available from Leverington church, by ringing 01945 475097 or on the door. Refreshments are included in the ticket price and there will be a raffle.
