EMMANUEL Ladies choir entertained in the church recently with an afternoon of music, tea and cakes.
For the occasion the ladies were joined by 12 children and one man and sang a selection of pieces from Grease, Oliver and the Wizard of Oz.
Mrs Gillian Young the choir leader accompanied on the piano.
Money raised from the event will go towards building work at the church. Other fund-raising concerts are Chatteris Town Band on February 19 and Ramsey Concert Band on March 26.
Over �580 was raised by filling surgical gloves with 5p pieces. The money was collected in homes, shops and businesses in Chatteris.
