An exhibition of paintings by Michael Randall from 1947 to 2000 will be on display in Cambridge this month.
Among the works on show will be pieces that he left behind in his studio after his death.
“Although his subjects are chiefly the human figure and the quiet dramas of everyday life, his real subject was light and colour,” say organisers.
The exhibition is at the Cambridge Book and Print Gallery, 49 Newnham Road, Cambridge from June 17 to 30. It is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
