The Wisbech Craft Centre is expanding its craft materials section of the shop and Mayor David Hodgson will be opening it at 2pm on Saturday (July 18).
It will be a double celebration as the centre, located in Alexandra House in Alexandra Road, is also two years old.
The centre rents half its shelf space to local crafters and has around 50 at the moment. It also holds craft clubs and workshops.
Some of those who attend the clubs and workshops have disabilities, depression or illness and they find craft work therapeutic.
