NAMES are now being taken for free a new children’s Drama Class starting at the Rosmini Centre from March 1- places are limited and are for children aged between 5 and 11.
Annie Appleby will be teaching the group every Tuesday from 5pm to 6pm in the main hall. Having taught drama for over 15 years and with more than 20 years working with television and radio.
She said: “Drama is a wonderful aid to teaching children life and communication skills and, not least, socialising skills. Plus it’s downright fun for the students! Drama is an excellent way to address social issues and enable children to express their frustrations and confusions - and perhaps help them to understand and learn to cope with unwelcome situations such as bullying and even things like having a new sibling and bereavement.”
So if you’re between 5 and 11 years old call the Rosmini Centre on: 01945 474 422 and get your name on the list!
