A CHILDREN’S drama group is looking for new members as it looks to hold extra classes.

Dramarama is a free group which meets at the Rosmini Centre, in Wisbech, every Tuesday from 5-6.30pm. It has been running for more than a year, with a regular group of about 16 boys and girls aged five to 14.

Annie Appleby, who runs the sessions, said: “As we now have a dedicated group of CRB checked helpers I can now offer a few places for older youngsters who’d like to attend.

“Dramarama is looking to recruit older members from the ages of nine to 14. We are just completing our next play all about pirates invading Wisbech from the River Nene and would love to hear from youngsters who would like to join this friendly free club.”

The club runs throughout the year and wrote and produced a Christmas pantomime which was a huge success. Members also enjoy a range of social events during the August school holidays.
