The only T. Rex tribute act to be approved by the original band will perform at the Key Theatre in Peterborough this June.
T. Rextasy have been performing around the world for more than 20 years, belting out hits made famous by 1970s glam rock sensation Marc Bolan and his band T.Rex.
Bill Legend, the original T.Rex drummer, said: “They’re the closest you’re ever going to get to the real thing.”
The show, which is part of the band’s ‘I Love to Boogie - 40th Anniversary Tour’, takes place on June 3.
