Two friends have got together to put on an exhibition showcasing more than 30 works of art in aid of two charities which are close to their hearts.
Nadine Ridgewell and Annie Appleby are displaying their work at Octavia View, South Brink, Wisbech, until the end of next month.
The exhibition willr aise funds for the oncology department at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, without which Miss Ridgewell may not be alive.
She said: “They saved my life when I had a brain tumour so I thought I could use this chance in art to say thank you to an amazing hospital in our area that helps so many people.”
Mrs Appleby is supporting Guide Dogs for the Blind, which assists people with vision problems needing animals all over the UK.
