Rob said: “I am always looking to develop new skills and push myself forward with my art so this opportunity to exhibit erotic work is both a new and exciting experience.”

Marian Savill

Assemblage and mixed media artist, who has exhibited locally, nationally and internationally. She will be displaying work that has been entered in the Royal Academy of Art Summer Exhibitions as well as some of her life drawing, collage and assemblage work and her handcrafted unique jewellery.

Marian said: “Creating work of an erotic nature is a new departure for me and I have found it quite challenging and exciting. I’m looking forward to exhibiting alongside Rob and Richard, the exhibition will present a wide range of artwork from three different perspectives and I hope visitors will enjoy the diversity of interpretation of the subject.”

At the show she will be demonstrating her working methods and showing work in progress.

Richard Savage

Artist, author and illustrator, hosts the event at his Chatteris studio. He will be showing some of his latest work and will be displaying techniques in flesh tones in a variety of media. He will be demonstrating some of his working method and is happy to give help and advice.

Richard said: “I normally throw the studio open once, maybe twice, a year for studio exhibition. The purpose for me is three fold; yes, the sales are nice, it does give the public a chance to buy at studio prices. It also gives people a chance to see an artist in a working environment. It is nice to make a connection and chat to people; an artist’s life can be quite solitary, and opening the studio is a chance to talk to folk about what they like, what they don’t like and art generally.”
