Baaba Maal and KT Tunstall added to Cambridge Folk Festival 2016 line-up

Senegalese singer and guitarist Baaba Maal and award-winning songwriter KT Tunstall are the latest names announced to play Cambridge Folk Festival 2016.

Tunstall will perform on Friday and Maal on Sunday, whilst other additions include Chris Wood (Fri), John McCusker Band (Sat), Nancy Kerr and the Sweet Visitor Band (Fri), Applewood Road (Sat), Sam Outlaw (Sat), Della Mae (Sun), O’Hooley & Tidow (Thurs), Leyla McCalla (Sat), Darlingside (Sat), Jerron “Blind Boy” Paxton (Fri), Världens Band (Fri/Sun), Megson (Fri/Sat), Lady Maisery (Sun) and Georgia Shackleton Trio (Thurs).

They all join the previously announced line up including: Christy Moore, Gogol Bordello, Imelda May, Glen Hansard, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Afro Celt Sound System and Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires.

Cambridge Folk Festival is held at Cherry Hinton Hall between July 28 and 31.
