DODDINGTON Horticultural Society is once again preparing to pick from the best of Fenland’s produce at their 65th Summer Show.

Fruit, vegetables, cookery and preserves, flowers and floral art will be on show at Doddington Village Hall on Saturday July 23.

Entries can be brought to the annual show between 6-9pm on Friday July 22 or between 7.30-9-30am the following day. Judging will begin afterwards before the show opens at 2pm.

Former committee member Frank Payne will present trophies to the prize winners at 4pm and there will also be an auction.

Admission is by donation, while children get in free. Refreshments will be available throughout the afternoon. Schedules are available from Doddington Post Office.
